Frequently Asked Banner Questions

Here are a bunch of the common questions we are asked by our customers. If there is something you want to know that is not answered here then please feel free to contact us.

What is included in your prices?

This may seem hard to believe, but our online prices include Everything! There are no hidden costs whatsoever. Our prices include basic design by our dedicated design team, full colour print and finishing, delivery anywhere in Australia, 3 rounds of proofing, gst and ofcourse - great customer service.

Where do you deliver to and how much is postage?

Our prices include free delivery to anywhere in Australia, from small country towns to high rise buildings, or a even to the hotel your hosting your exhibition at - literally, anywhere under the Australian sun.

How long does it take to print and deliver?

Once the artwork has been finalised and payment has cleared, printing will take approximately 3-4 working days to complete by the production team. The banner is then picked up directly by courier and normally takes between 1 day (Sydney/Melbourne) and 7 working days (remote country) for delivery to the your finaly destination. Most of our customers receive their orders by 5 working days from payment!

Can I use my banners outside?

We think it would be silly if you couldn't! All of our vinyl banner products are printed using UV resistant inks and are great to use outdoor without fading. The majority of our clients order their banner specifically for outdoor use!

What sort of quality are your banners?

Our banners are printed with full colour outdoor UV inks on thick 450gsm banner material, with double lapped edges and are finished with eyelets fitted firmly in the vinyl fabric. This means they are very high quality and will last under normal outdoor conditions.

How much does it cost for design?

We provide a free basic design service with all of our banner purchases. Once you have placed an order one of our design team will contact you to find out a little bit more about what you would like. A more advanced design service is available on quote depending on your requirements. This service is through a partnered graphic design company called Media Engine, located in Perth Western Australia (www.mediaengine.com.au)

Can I provide my own design?

Yes certainly, after placing your order one of our design team will contact you to arrange for you to send through your design. You can upload your artwork directly when placing your order. For extra large files, we recommend uploading them using a third party such as dropbox (www.dropbox.com) or hightail (www.hightail.com).

What if I am not comfortable ordering online?

Our online order process is as easier than getting up and driving to your closest banner store. However, if you place your order online with us, you would pay less, end up with a superior product and ofcourse get far better service! If your still worried, feel free to pick up the phone and give us a call - at the end of the day, we are people like yourself simply in another location.
